Community Congress 2018 – Discussion on CUPE 3903’s ongoing strike

Hope you are enjoying the Summer and the pleasant weather. As most of you know University of Regina is hosting the Congress 2018. As part of  RPIRG and UR Pride ‘s “Community Congress 2018” programming, Members of CUPE 3903 (currently in their 10th+ week on strike) will discuss their ongoing bargaining as well as the challenges and opportunities of the current labour climate at York.

RPRIG also have a small Congress funding opportunity for UofR students attending Congress . Students can apply for up to $150 each towards any combo of registration costs. The deadline was May 20 but RPRIG is extending it to the end of the month! All details are here (except the deadline extension):
